I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were a bit small but potentially more spacious than other hotels in Paris, depending on luck. The cleanliness could be improved, especially on the room desk and shelves. However, the service was nice, with staff being brilliant from the moment we checked in and always up to the task when needed. The location was excellent, making it easy to discover attractions and dining opportunities in Paris. The dining experience was lovely with a great choice of food, but the variety was limited. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

The staff manning the front desk and other associates were friendly and helpful. They even noticed my discontent and quickly resolved any issues. The service, including room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and welcome drink, was top-notch.

The hotel's location is very good, especially for exploring Paris. It's right next to the metro and train station, approximately 2km away from the Eiffel Tower, and close to the Seine river. There are plenty of services nearby like train, bus, and supermarkets.
